I need to get stocking up on different stationery items. I have decided to throw parties for both of my children this year. I will be getting some birthday invitations because neither me, nor the children are very creative and we do not have much time for craft. We used to make the party invitations when they were in infant school, but as they get older, they are expected to be good at it and we are not so it is better to buy them! I am also going to take a look for some save the date cards because I have set the date for my wedding, which is really exciting. I want to make sure that all of my friends and family can come and it will be quite a long time in the future and so it is far too early to send out invitations. I think that these cards are such a great idea because it means that you know people will have no excuse for not attending and you can just ensure they keep that date free, organize babysitting if they need to or anything else and basically do not plan anything else for the day.
