One of the most delectable berry varieties on the market. This raspberry produces delectable, large, firm berries which are easily grown in the home garden. The slender canes will produce fruit for up to seven weeks over summer.
Balsamic Raspberry and Mint Salad. Combine 250g of Raspberries, 1 tablespoon of castor sugar and 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh mint in a bowl, add one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and mix well. Serve Ice cold with cream.

Care: Weak and old growth of plant should be removed over winter. Canes should be tied loosely together to form a neater shrub. Raspberries prefer a cool temperate climate in full sun with rich, well drained soil. Keep moist especially through summer and mulch well at the end of spring. |
